Fierce Herbicide
EPA registration is anticipated on reduced tillage field corn in time for the 2012 growing season and in soybeans in time for the 2013 growing season.
Valent U.S.A. is developing Fierce Herbicide, a preemergence herbicide for use in soybeans and reduced tillage field corn. Fierce trials across the country are showing the longest residual control of tough weeds including glyphosate-, ALS- and triazine-resistant Palmer amaranth, waterhemp, common lambsquarters, velvetleaf, dandelion, marestail, annual nightshades, pigweed species and annual grasses.
Fierce Herbicide is pending EPA registration; not available for sale.
