ReTain® PGR for California Grower Rebate Program
Program Overview
Sign up via the form below between December 1, 2025, and July 31, 2026.
ALMONDS, CHERRIES, WALNUTS, STONE FRUIT
- Purchase Period No. 1: December 1, 2025–February 28, 2026
- Rebate: $40 per pouch
- Minimum Purchase: 60 pouches
- Purchase Period No. 2: March 1, 2026–June 30, 2026
- Rebate: $20 per pouch
- Minimum Purchase: 20 pouches
- Submit the following by July 31, 2026:
- Provide invoice(s) showing the ReTain PGR for CA purchase occurred within the Purchase Period
- Provide a copy of a PCA recommendation showing application to any of the above listed crops occurred by July 31, 2026
Valent reserves the right to change, audit or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.
Qualifications, Validation and Rebate Timing
- Qualifying application rate is one (1) pouch of ReTain PGR for CA per acre
- Only applications in California to the above listed crops qualify for rebate
- All copies of invoices and PCA documents must be received by July 31, 2026
- Valent will process the rebate payments by November 30, 2026
- Rebates expire March 31, 2027
- Rebates will be based on grower net purchases for the stated purchase periods. Valent may use various data sources to validate grower net purchases and product applications, not limited to Grower Point of Sale and California Pesticide Usage Report data.
- Valent reserves the right to request additional data as needed to confirm grower net purchases and usage so as to meet the intent of the program
- Rebate calculations will be made at the sole discretion of Valent
