Valent U.S.A. Strengthens Sustainable Solutions Team with Addition of Meggie Gilbert as Sustainable Solutions Account Manager, Strategic Farms

SAN RAMON, Calif., January 20, 2026 – Valent U.S.A. announced that Meggie Gilbert joined the company as Sustainable Solutions Account Manager, Strategic Farms, supporting the continued growth of Valent’s Sustainable Solutions Business Unit (SSBU) and deepening partnerships with large-scale farming organizations across the western United States.

Gilbert joined Valent at a pivotal time as the company continues expanding its sustainable solutions portfolio, including biorational and botanical offerings designed to help growers meet performance needs while advancing sustainability and regenerative agriculture goals. In her role, Gilbert works alongside Sustainable Solutions Sales Specialists and Territory Account Managers to support customer success through close collaboration, technical insight, and a commitment to helping partners succeed season after season.

Gilbert is based in Clovis, California, and brings more than 14 years of agricultural experience across the crop protection and fertilizer industries, including roles in sales and business development. Most recently, she served as an Area Manager for BASF Nunhems, leading the company’s vegetable seed business on the West Coast. Gilbert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
