Recycling Protects our Environment
Ag Recycling is the environmentally responsible way to dispose of used crop protection product containers. That is why Valent U.S.A. Corporation, with the help of the Ag Container Recycling Council (ACRC), supports the collection and recycling of crop protection and pesticide containers. The ACRC has collected more than 89M pounds of containers since 1992 and helps farmers across the continental United States turn acceptable containers into everything from field drain pipes to fence posts.
Here’s how to start recycling your empty ag containers:- Check out the map at the bottom of the page to find the ACRC contractor in your region
- Contact your ACRC contractor for a pick-up schedule
- Prepare your containers for the contractor by triple- or pressure-rinsing and removing labels and caps (NOTE: Staining is acceptable, but caked-on residue must be rinsed away.)
- Have the acceptable containers ready for your ACRC contractor to pick up on the scheduled day
