| DiTera® DF is a valuable tool to combat
damage-causing plant-parasitic nematodes that harm grape, vegetable, fruit and nut crops.
DiTera DF is a new dry flowable (DF) formulation that provides growers with more flexibility
of application and ease of handling. It mixes readily, and provides growers with a more
thorough dispersion of the product into the soil. Testing and use over several decades has
shown minimal effects to humans and has an excellent non-target toxicity profile. The active
ingredient is a naturally occurring soil microorganism that is an ecologically friendly tool, and

ProGibb® 4% is a liquid form of gibberellic acid that is used to improve
fruit quality and value of several crops, including grapes, citrus, cherries and certain vegetables.
Because ProGibb 4% is a liquid formulation, it is convenient to measure when growers are using
low dosages per acre. It has a zero-day pre-harvest interval and a 12-hour restricted entry interval.

is a water soluble granule formulation of gibberellic acid that

ProVide® 10 SG

ProVide® 10 SG reduces the incidence of fruit surface russet and improves overall quality, finish and appearance of apples. Initially targeted at Golden Delicious, a cultivar notorious for its russet problem, ProVide is now used on many other cultivars with the same success. ProVide applications help increase fruit size in apples, and can also be used to reduce fruit cracking in Stayman apples and other cracking-prone cultivars. ProVide, a water-soluble granule formulation, is OMRI listed for use in organic farming. This ProVide formulation gives organic growers their first tool to improve finish and fruit size in their apples.

| XenTari® is labeled for use on virtually
all fruit and vegetable crops, is OMRI-listed for organic farming
and is a non-restricted use pesticide. XenTari is very
pest-specific and is most effective for armyworm and diamondback
moth control. The active ingredient in XenTari is the naturally
occurring compound Bacillus thuringiensis var. aizawai (Bta),
and is the only insecticide for fruits and vegetables based on
this patented strain. With a zero-day pre-harvest interval and
a four-hour restricted entry interval, you can harvest your crop
